White Mountain Appraisals is a full service firm providing all types of real estate appraisals  on all types of properties since 1986.  We have extensive experience not only in New Hampshire but also in Vermont in appraising residential, land, condominiums, B & B's, convenience stores, Inns, hotels, motels, restaurants, offices, stores, shopping centers, land development and subdivisions, condominium developments, easements, eminent domain - if it's real estate we've probably appraised it.

         Residential/Condo           $400

(Appraisal will be done on standard URAR/Condo form.  The same fees would apply to other forms: 2055, 704, drive-by, etc. We charge the same fee for all residential appraisals since there is essentially the same work involved for any appraisal, regardless of the report form)

         Land Appraisal                    $300

         Drive-by Appraisals             $400

(This is the same as a residential appraisal because it requires a new appraisal with new comparables in conjunction with the review)

There is no discount for drive-by appraisals.  Additional research required for a drive-by more than offsets any savings from not conducting an on-site inspection.

         Desk Review                       $200

         Desk Review with new value and grid:  $400

(This is the same as a residential appraisal because it requires a new appraisal with new comparables in conjunction with the review)

         Field Review                       $400 (i.e., complete Question #12)

(This is the same as a residential appraisal because it requires a new appraisal with new comparables in conjunction with the review)

1-4 Family on Form            $550

           ERC Relocation                 $550

         Construction/Final Inspection    $90
